If you do have prostatitis, you shouldnt perform some exercises like: lifting the weights up, squatting - all of those will make abdominal overpressure so blood circulation is interrupted. As well , lifting heavy objects on a full bladder can cause urine to back up into the prostate that will cause infection of prostate. Anyway muscle growth, come together with prostate growth - androgens and ephedrine like products have been found to induce prostate hypertrophy. All common recommendations for those have prostatitis are about - avoid heavy physical exercises !!! |
