shot of  rocephin it almost completely killed my prostatitis in 1 shot.

for your prostatitis if you haven't tried rocephin find a doctor that will give you a shot. I know a lot of people talk about they have chronic non bacterial prostaitis .
I have done some reading and research and read many times a person can have a tiny bit of bacteria such as e coli very tiny amount and it not show up in tests and the doctor will come back and say you have no infection and tell you .and that you have non bacterial prostatitis . just small enough amount of bacteria where it doesn't show up in tests and small enough that it inflames the prostate and causes you problems. when / if pills fail try shots and see if they have any success. if shots don't than yeah it's probably non bacterial
