Hey man, yoga exercises may improve blood circulation in your pelvis, that is very good for prostate.
there are vary exercises types so you have to find those that match you.
Many doctors connect chronic prostatitis with Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), so they consider that
chronic prostatitis and prostate inflammation is - Chronic pelvic pain syndrome !
Prostate suffering from bad blood circulation that provokes chronic prostatitis.
what i think ? only God knows !

For all those who suffer from chronic prostatitis. The best way to treat chronic prostatitis is to alkalinise the urine using simple medicines like sodium citrate or so. Please consult your doctor and ask for medicines to alkalinse the urine. Bacteria is inhibited by alkaline pH of the urine. Try it for 2 weeks. You can avoid unnecessary use of antibiotics. It can be repeated any no of times. No fear of bacterial resistence or side effects. It may even be even available as a OTC medicine. It is availble in India as Citralka manufactured by pfizer. Take 10ml 3 times daily for 2 weeks. People who have hypertension or heart failure should be cautious about using sodium. Patients with kidney failure should be cautious about taking potassium based alkali. It is a very old treatment but it is very effective.
