Trying give your guys the most clear answer with less complex scientific terms.
Our body has PH -BALANCE .
pH balance is a measure of the acidity or basicity (basic, alkaline). Some food is more acid , and some more basic.
Example:pineapple - more acid , melon - more basic.
Germs "love" acid environment - they reproduce well in such kind of environment. Over acidity also may lead to more serious disease - cancer.
Lycopene is very powerful antioxidant (oxidant = acid).
Lycopene may show benefits against benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) also.
Tomatoes is the richest source of lycopene.
Daily dose man should taken is 15-30 mg .
You have to juicing about 500 gramm of tomatoes (
IT MUST BE RED Tomatoes) to get 30 mg of Lycopene
Of course you may eat it also (but i think its too much difficult ).
Lycopene is a bright
red carotenoid pigment.
You may take it in pills also.
If you take tomatoes juice - you should add a little olive oil (some oil - olive most healthy), because
all carotenoids absorbed better with vegetative oil.
It is one of reviews about Lycopene that i found:
My prostatitis has completely gone away, and my frequent urination has also substantially disappeared. Where I used to get up three or more times during the night, it is now only once and at times - never. My PSA has also gone down significantly. All of this is after taking Saw Palmetto for several years with no significant benefits.
I'll recommend lycopene to anyone who has prostatitis or frequent urination difficulties. It's cheap, it's natural, and it started working in just a couple of days. It is the same thing that is in tomatoes.
So anyway - lycopene will not hurm you.
Good luck ,guys
