Has anyone ever experienced any benefit from alpha-blockers? Any negative side-effects?

i tried them last year.I had zero relief and man they make you feel really off.
Side effects were dizzyness, retro ejaculation, and increased urgency, and the worst one was the feeling of havng a bad cold and very stuffy nose. Luckly the side effects go away the day after the last dose.
