My age 36 and sex is male. my semen test show pus cell 4-6/hpf and urine culture suggest e. coil inflation with count 18,0000. I suffering only burning urination and when i discharge semen burning some time. then I take LEVOFOXONE Tablet 750 mg ones a OD 15 days. After 18 days urine culture suggest e. coil inflation with count 5,0000 then I take Cefixme 250mg and Gentamicin 400 mg next 15 days. After this I again did urine culture and routine. Routine shows pus cell 1-2/hpf and culture shows no bacteria. Also done ultrasound every organ is normal such as kidney and prostate normal in size. Now I suffering only slit pain when I start or stop urine and some drops after completing urination. after 10 days mild pain with dibbling still persists i take LEVOFOXONE Tablet 750 mg ones 10 day after this reused but not full relief and also notices some liquid like jelly in penies after first times urine in the morning (not every day) or masterbation and an erection. it is normal after UTI.
