What major tests should be done to find out if a problem i have is a prostatitis ?

Here is the list of analysis you should do:

1. Prostate fluid bacterial culture or three-glass test instead. This major analysis will show if you have an inflammation in prostate. If it is 8-10 or more leukocytes - it is inflammation.

2. Urinalysis culture and sperm culture to find out what bacteria it has, and bacteria sensitivity to antibiotics -what kind of antibiotic will match best.

3. PCR analysis. I recommend 4 main analysis (two mycoplasma,chlamydia,ureaplasma)

4. TRUS -transrectal ultrasound of prostate and seminal vesicle. Bladder US  cheking residual urine in bladder.

5. Spermogram analysis
